Located in the up-and-coming neighbourhood of Fleetwood, Wappla Place was Nordel’s first townhouse project. With its site plan reminiscent of fourplexes, this project was very well received and was exactly what families in the area were looking for. It was this early success that encouraged Nordel to continue building multi-family projects.
